How can I pay for the software or hardware?
You can pay for any of software or hardware products with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX), company check, or with a payment plan option.
How long will it take to get my software or hardware?
The software can be downloaded and temporarily authorized over the Internet as soon as it is purchased. The manual and permanent hardware keys ships the same business day it is purchased. In the USA, we ship via FedEx at no extra charge. That means you can start using your purchase immediately. International customers are responsible for all shipping, VAT/GST taxes and customs duties.
Digitizers are ordered directly from the manufacturer. The digitizers generally ship within two days after the order is placed. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and those are quoted in any product pricing.
